New China Buffet in Eaton Rapids

Most of the food trays empty and what was there looked old and dried out, pass on this one.

Always dependably good food. Good people as well.

Lunch here. Good service and good food. At the time of our visit, right around noon, some foods weren't hot, but they quickly replenished with fresh.

Decent Chinese buffet, hasn't changed menu for buffet in years. If you had it 10 years ago, it's still an option on the buffet!

They are always very polite very professionals and the food is good. I only like to take out but it's good eather way. Keep up the good work

Nice buffet but salad bar lacks salad toppinge

Amazing food hands down. I went to this restaurant quite often when I was a kid and I will continue to return to this place. The staff is great. The food is epic and it's a beautiful place to go as well.

Wanted to place a call in order, but they don't have a website? Had to use a secondary menu from offline that ended up being pretty helpful- though not all items listed were available the prices reflected were accurate. The staff is usually very short and curt with me and my family when we dine in, despite our friendliness, but the girl on the phone was helpful and clear speaking, so that's cool. The food, while hot and beautifully presented, is bland and most of it tastes very similar. I asked for a hot oil on the side of my potstickers to add some heat (I like it spicy ) but got...soy sauce. Pretty fairly priced though, can't be mad at that.

Great food on the buffet or takeout!

The whole family loves the food here. We usually order to go, but the few.times.we have been inside were.always very pleasant. Great food!

I stop in for takeaway buffet after work, and it's always fresh and good!! $22 gets me two packed-full takeaway boxes, a large soup, and a pint of ice cream. Enough for tonight and extra!

The food is good. The offerings are typical of a Chinese buffet. Our meal was enjoyable. I would return.

Food was cold,chairs and booth seats are ripped. This place has gone down hill from my last visit.

It's a little disorganized. It's hard to order because of the language barrier. The decor/vibe inside is pretty dark and dreary. But they do have very good food.

We eat there on Friday November 15th. We had 3 adult buffets, a 5 year old and 3 year old, and 6 pops. They over charged us by $14.55. my husband paid and I got the kids around so I didn't see the bill. The next day I called because it was $53. The little boy said please come back and get you money back. We don't live in Eaton Rapids. I went in Wednesday today and she found our bill and keep repeating it's been 4 day, 4 day. I ended up just walking out told them to keep my $14.55 and we would NEVER eat there again. CHECK YOUR BILLS AND BANK ACCOUNT AFTER EATING THERE. 🤬😡🤬

Small selection but excellent food and service

It's the best Chinese you can get in eaton rapids but it is the only one though.

3 buffet tables. 2 hot food and 1 cold. Cold has an icecream cooler attached. The hot food wasnt very hot, it was room temp by the time we reached the table and wasnt very fresh. The staff is nice and even gave us to go cups of pepsi. The chinese buffets in lansing, battle creek and jackson have a much larger selection. But this is the only one I can find decent bourbon chicken.

Smaller selection than most buffets however what was there was delicious. This place is always clean when i go in there and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Good spot to stop foraquick bite.

Good variety on their buffet. The items on the menu are pretty good too. For a small town, it is a good Chinese restaurant.

The food is truly hit or miss... but the biggest issue is the service. They have kids working the counter who are rude and inattentive, you’ll request something and then stand there wondering if they heard you or are doing anything about it.

Love the food, excellent service

Not a huge selection of food, but what they have is great! Staff is very attentive and friendly. We have enjoyed every visit we have made. I recommend them to my friends. I go for the good food, but their prices are also reasonable. 😃

The food was actually very very good. It was fresh and there was a variety of different items. There was something for everyone. I like that there is a selection of American foods that are perfect for the young diner. Staff was pleasant and even the clientele was friendly.

Food is usually very good. The price has gone up a few times over the years but still the same food. Lunch seems to be the best time (and a lower price) to go but not all variety of food is put out for lunch yet they keep it fully stocked. At dinner when it’s busy means you might have to wait for more food to be brought out. The dining room on the right (north side) of the building is very cold in the winter, the windows get fogged and the benches are falling apart - I won’t sit in there! The place is outdated but there are no other options in Eaton Rapids for Chinese. Lately, we’ve been driving to Mason instead (where they have online ordering too).

Love Chinese food. Excellent crab ragoon. Great peanut chicken. A little short on the veggies but they were very busy. Excellent table service . Friendly people.

My parents come here all the time I guess but I really do not know why. The food tastes fine and the prices were cheap but put money back into your business and update the place! I sat down in a booth and nearly fell right through it.

The food was definitely not what it used to be. Staff pretty much ignored us. I had to wait and wait and wait just to pay. No one anywhere around. Could have easily just walked out. We were so disappointed in the quality of the food we probably should have. I used to brag all over this place. Not again though. 😔

We don't live in Eaton Rapids, but choose this restaurant over Chinese buffets in our own town. The dining and buffet areas are always clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is hot and delicious. Great prices too.

Im happy with this place simply because it surprises you by not surprising you. I've yet to get sick from here like most Chinese buffets I've been to, the menu is consistent but different most nights, something for everyone, not terribly priced and the atmosphere is controlled. That being said, I'd recommend it for a night out with your significant other or what else have you.

I like this place a lot, as it's not very busy, and they usually have a fully stocked buffet with lots of chicken, pork, and beef items. Not a whole lot of seafood on the lunch buffet, but it's still really good. Dinner buffet has more. Hand dipped ice cream is is available with other desserts. Prices are good... Lunch buffet and a soda is $9.

The food is delicious, and this is coming from someone who normally avoids buffets like the plague. Would give five stars if the interior of the restaurant were a bit less shabby.

Good food, friendly staff. The buffet has a decent offering. The crab ragoons are really good. If ordering takeout, I get the Broccoli in Garlic Sauce and add chicken for a dollar extra. They always accommodate my request to make the broccoli steamed and not stir-fried for a healthier option.

This is my SPOT for Chinese eats in Eaton county! Only other Chinese place I'll go is Good Flavor but if we're talking buffets this place beats even some of the Lansing and Jackson buffets! 😁

The food is good and price is average

Pretty darn good Chinese Buffet Restaurant. I have been there on several occasions and it has always been clean and in good order. The food is consistently good every time I have been there. Update: I ate here again today....7.24.17....it is still delicious....I will keep you posted....please 👍up my review if you find it helpful.
